Balboa Vs. US Dollars

Balboa is the official currency of Panama. The government, however, stopped printing the paper bills to give way for US dollars. Since the conversion rate is just 1:1, they think that it won't make any difference at all. They sis this so that expats and tourists may use their US dollars in the vicinity. They won't have to worry about exchanging their US dollars to local currency. I think that the government did this so not to give anymore worries to the visitors.
